Job summary

PT Insan Solusi Nusantara is hiring for a field sales canvasser responsible for identifying potential stores, establishing partnerships, and guiding owners through order placement via our app.

You will conduct direct visits, maintain relationships for long-term cooperation, and work independently or in teams. SMA/SMK or equivalent education, strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum education SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Experience in Sales Canvassing or FMCG preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with high motivation.
• Willing to conduct direct visits to stores/merchants.
• Own vehicle and active driving license advantageous.
