Job summary

PT Insan Solusi Nusantara is seeking a field sales representative to canvass and establish partnerships with local stores and merchants in Balikpapan. You will support owners in placing orders via the app and nurture long-term relationships to drive ongoing collaboration.

Ideal candidates have FMCG or canvassing experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive, independent work style.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent
• Required experience in Sales Canvassing or FMCG

• Target-oriented with high work motivation
• Proactive, disciplined, and able to work independently and in teams
• Willing to conduct direct visits to stores or merchants
• Personal vehicle and active driving license are advantageous
