Job summary

PT Oxygen Health Trade in Jakarta leads health supplement ODM sales, working with brand owners, distributors, and e-commerce players to expand local reach. You will guide import-based ODM projects from overseas, coordinating formulation, packaging, and regulatory steps while closing deals through strong negotiation and market insight.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in health supplements or related fields, strong B2B sales skills, and proficiency in English for business communication.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in health supplements or ODM/OEM sales.
• Experience with Indonesia local market channels is a plus.
• Project-based selling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of import processes or BPOM registration is a plus.

• Develop and manage local brand owners, distributors, e-commerce sellers, and key accounts (including cross-border brands)
• Lead import-based ODM projects from overseas (China/other countries), including formulation, packaging, and regulatory coordination
• Identify client needs, propose customized solutions, and close deals through strong negotiation skills
• Manage project execution (sampling, registration, production, delivery) with internal teams
• Achieve sales targets and manage order fulfillment and payment collection
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging categories (e.g., anti-aging, functional supplements)
• Collaborate with marketing to support product launches and brand growth

Job requirement:

• 1–3 years of experience in health supplements, pharmaceuticals, functional foods, or ODM/OEM sales
• Familiar with Indonesia local market channels (brand owners, e-commerce, distributor networks); existing client resources are a plus
• Strong B2B sales capability, with experience in project-based selling preferred
• Knowledge of import processes, BPOM registration, or local regulations is a plus
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Results-driven with strong execution and ability to work under pressure
• Proficient in English for business communication

• Experience in anti-aging products (e.g., NAD+), beauty supplements, or wellness categories
