Qualifications

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in coatings/construction and plastics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with client relationship abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-centric approach with consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the coating and plastic industries
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Provide expert consultative sales support, advising clients on the most suitable products and solutions
• Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer service
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies
• Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales and marketing initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as Chemical/Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related field (Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply)
• Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably within the coating (construction) and plastic industries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach
• Proficiency in consultative selling techniques and the ability to provide tailored solutions
