• Build and maintain relationships with regular clients to ensure personalized service and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in creating and executing promotional campaigns and special offers in coordination with the marketing team.
• Monitor daily sales performance and provide regular reports to the Spa Manager.
• Collaborate with the front desk and therapists to ensure a smooth guest experience from inquiry to post-treatment follow-up.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and work with the team to resolve service-related concerns.
• Stay updated on all spa treatments, wellness trends, and product knowledge to confidently recommend solutions to clients.
• Participate in community events, wellness fairs, or local networking to increase spa visibility.
