Job summary

International Beauty Products Ltd. is seeking a proactive Marketing Specialist to develop and execute strategies that raise brand awareness and drive client acquisition in Indonesia.

You will manage follow-ups, presentations, and negotiations, turning inquiries into loyal customers and partnerships into opportunities. You will monitor campaign performance, prepare regular reports, and collaborate on events and brand collaborations to maximize reach and engagement across beauty and lifestyle

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
• 2–5 years in marketing, sales, or related roles (ideally within beauty, wellness, or lifestyle sectors)
• Good communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to details
• Skilled in reporting, MS Excel and MS Word
• Prioritize teamwork in achieving goals
