Job summary

AMERICAN STANDARD INDONESIA is seeking a Sales Executive in Kalimantan to drive sales with end users and distributors. You will analyze sell-out and sell-through data, manage sell-in from LIXIL to distributors, and monitor payments and shipments while ensuring product displays meet standards.

The role requires a diploma, at least 2 years in sales (preferably in building materials), and strong data analytics with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Gmail.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Building Material.
• Able to operate Microsoft Office and Gmail.
• Strong data analytics capability.

Responsibilities

• Sell-out stores to end users and analyze sell-out data.
• Manage sell-through from distributors to American Standard Priority Club and other stores.
• Handle sell-in from LIXIL to distributors and monitor payments and shipments.
• Develop distributor selling skills and product knowledge.
• Ensure product displays meet company standards at stores.
• Monitor after-sales service processes and address complaints and requests.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with distributors and visit stores as needed.

Job Description

• To be responsible for manage sell-out store to end user (Analyze data sell-out, stock competitor activities)
• To be responsible for manage sell-through distributor to American Standard Priority Club and others Stores (Analyze data sell-through)
• To be responsible for manage sell-in from LIXIL to distributors (Analyze data sell-in, payment, shipment)
• To monitor and develop salesman’s distributor selling skill and product knowledge on distributor
• To be responsible for manage and evaluate SPG’s performance
• Make sure Display Product installed as standard as company requirement at the stores
• Take the ownership of marketing program execution and monitoring
• Acting as market intelligent related to blocking competitor strategy and create an opportunity within their assigned territory
• To conduct quarter business review with Distributor Regular visit to Distributor & Store Acting as Problem Solver for entire business within their assigned territory
• Monitor end to end after sales service processes that are related to customer complaints & requests.
• Abreast of regulation concern with EHS.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma degree in Any Education background
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales, preferably having exposure in Building Material.
