Job summary

PT SMART Tbk in Denpasar, Bali, is seeking a Sales Supervisor to manage Route to Market strategies and coach the exclusive sales force. You will coordinate sales activities with distributors, logistics, and supply teams to ensure alignment with sales objectives.

Qualifications

Job Description:

Collaborate closely with area sales teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.

Coordinate and optimize sales force productivity deployment across assigned areas.

Measure and improve sales force productivity on a monthly basis.

Develop and regularly update effective sales routes or sales journey plans (monthly/quarterly).

Facilitate and support SALES FORCE in achieving assigned objectives.

Implement and monitor SOP compliance across all exclusive sales force activities.

Coach and develop SALES FORCE team to improve performance.

Plan and execute sales training programs.

Manage and control SFA execution and dashboard.

Job Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field
