We are seeking a motivated Stock Broker to join our equity sales team at Panin Sekuritas Tanah Abang, Jakarta. This is a key client-facing position within our brokerage operation, responsible for acquiring new investors, growing client assets, and delivering trusted guidance in the Indonesian capital market. As a Stock Broker, you will play a crucial role in helping clients, from first‑time retail investors to experienced traders, navigate the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with confidence. Prospecting and acquiring new retail and high‑net‑worth clients, including first‑time investors entering the stock market
Guiding clients through account opening, KYC requirements and onboarding onto the Panin Sekuritas trading platforms
Executing buy and sell orders accurately and promptly on behalf of clients
Providing clients with market updates, stock recommendations and investment insights based on in‑house research and technical/fundamental analysis
Educating clients on investment products, including equities, mutual funds, bonds and other capital market instruments
Building and maintaining a strong client portfolio to grow assets under management, trading activity and referrals
Monitoring client portfolios and proactively communicating opportunities and risks
Ensuring all activities comply with OJK regulations, IDX rules and internal compliance and risk management policies
Staying informed of IHSG movements, macroeconomic developments, corporate actions and regulatory changes
Meeting transaction value, new account and client acquisition targets while contributing to branch performance objectives
Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Management or a related field
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a stock broker, equity sales or in a similar role within the securities or financial services industry; fresh graduates with strong interest in capital markets are welcome to apply
Valid WPPE (Wakil Perantara Pedagang Efek) or WPPE Pemasaran licence from OJK, or willingness to obtain one
Solid understanding of the Indonesian capital market, IDX trading mechanisms and stock analysis (technical and fundamental)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain investment concepts clearly to clients of all experience levels
Demonstrated sales and persuasion skills with the ability to close and retain clients
An existing client network or investor base is a strong advantage
Proficiency in online trading platforms, Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Comfortable using social media and digital channels to reach and educate potential investors
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in handling client orders and documentation
Fluency in Indonesian and English; additional languages (e.g. Mandarin) are advantageous
High integrity and a commitment to ethical practices and regulatory compliance
Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to perform well in a fast‑paced market environment
