Job summary

PT RHB Sekuritas Indonesia seeks a proactive Relationship Manager to serve retail equity clients. You will understand client needs, trading preferences, and provide market updates and recommendations.

The role requires WPPE license, strong interpersonal and time-management skills, and willingness to be placed at any branch across Indonesia. You will work closely with sales, dealers, and admin to ensure compliance and excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
• Strong interest in equity market.
• Holds a WPPE License.
• Experience in building customer loyalty.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven time management skills.
• Willing to be placed at any branch office (Sumatra, Sulawesi, Java, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Staying up to date with market news and developments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail equity clients and understand their needs.
• Inform clients of market news, implications, and provide trading recommendations.
• Communicate client orders to Sales Dealer and coordinate execution.
• Assist new clients through registration and Know Your Customer processes.
• Ensure licensing and regulatory compliance across activities.
