Job summary

Panin Sekuritas is seeking a motivated Stock Broker to join our equity sales team in Jakarta. You will grow our client base, guide account openings, and execute trades with accuracy while delivering market insights from our in-house research.

Ideal candidates have a finance-related degree and 1–2 years in a brokerage or financial services role, with strong communication and a passion for capital markets. Indonesian and English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 1–2 years’ experience as a stock broker or equity sales; fresh graduates with strong interest are welcome.
• WPPE licence or willingness to obtain from OJK is preferred.
• Solid understanding of Indonesian capital market and IDX trading.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills with integrity and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and acquiring new retail and high-net-worth clients.
• Guiding clients through account opening, KYC, and onboarding on Panin Sekuritas platforms.
• Executing buy and sell orders accurately and promptly for clients.
• Providing market updates, stock ideas, and research-based insights.
• Building and maintaining client portfolios to grow AUM and referrals.
