Job summary

As an individual contributor or team leader, you will translate customer needs into technically sound proposals and coordinate with internal resources to close deals.

Qualifications

• BS or BA Degree in relevant field and 5-7 years relevant experience.
• Experience selling rotating equipment to oil & gas, power, paper and chemical industries.
• Ability to lead meetings and present proposals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of API 610 standard is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive bookings levels to meet and/or exceed assigned bookings goal.
• Maintain regular, planned communication with key customers in the area you support.
• Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with regional sales objectives to support organizational goals.
• Educate customers on the quality, features and uses of our products through the full use of the company's marketing materials.
• Collaborate with application engineers, customer service, and manufacturing to ensure customers' needs are met.
• Demonstrate financial acumen to discuss business decisions, particularly ROI in support of solution selling.
