Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial solution sales (food/dairy/beverage/chemical) with CAPEX and long cycles.
• Experience reading PFDs and P&IDs; strong commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Business Development & Opportunity Management.
• Identify, develop, and manage plant, line, and system-level sales opportunities in the food, dairy, beverage, chemical industries.
• Lead technical and commercial discussions from early concept through proposal and contract negotiation.
• Translate customer requirements into design basis, PFDs, and P&IDs with NPE offer management and engineering teams.
• Conduct technical presentations with customers.
• Coordinate with Sales Offer Management and Engineering teams; act as primary interface to customers.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and long-term relationships beyond project handover.
