Job summary

KEYENCE CORPORATION in Indonesia seeks a fresh graduate to join the sales team in Jakarta area. You will develop product knowledge and gain hands-on sales experience through coaching and real-life scenarios.

You will travel to customer sites, provide technical consultations, manage leads through the full sales cycle, and contribute to market share growth in assigned territories. A December 2026 start is expected with comprehensive training and a strong support network.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or maximum 1 year of experience.
• Min Diploma 3 (D3) from any majors.
• Able to communicate in English both written and oral.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skill.
• Ability to organize and prioritize diverse set of tasks and activities for timely completion.

Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of Keyence product and application.
• Work with experienced salespeople to develop sales skill through real life examples and role play.
• Find and follow up on business leads and schedule new business opportunities.
• Provide technical consultation and service to customer to help solve their application using Keyence’s Product.
• Working in full sales cycle: discover, develop, propose, negotiate, and closing.
• Travel to customer location and work in a wide variety of manufacturing environment.
• Understand what customer need and have good respond with customer request.
• Deliver growth in market share within assigned sales territory.
• Attending team meeting and training session with colleagues to improve sales skill & technical knowledge on product applications.
