Check Point is seeking a Security Engineer (Presales) to collaborate with the Sales Team and design security solutions in Indonesia. You will engage with customers, translate requirements into architecture, and present Check Point's portfolio to address evolving cyber threats.

You will work within a distributed, dynamic team, focusing on delivering value through Proof-of-Value engagements and cyber workshops, while staying updated on industry trends.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent Industry experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant engineering and pre-sales experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of customer architecture and cyber security needs.
• Certifications such as CCNP, CISSP, CCSA or CCSE are highly preferred.

Job Description

Your role in a nutshell

No two days for a Check Point Security Engineer (Presales) are the same, from getting hands on with the most advanced technologies in the market, to learning more about the customer’s most pressing security challenges and playing a crucial part in designing a solution, you’re always at the heart of fascinating projects!

Major Responsibilities

Your Role:

• Work closely with our Sales Team in providing recommendations onappropriate Check Point solutions to meet our customer’s cyber security needs.
• Provide insight and advice to potential and existing customersbased on Check Point's best practice, applying your skills and knowledge in our industry to drive the optimal outcome.
• Lead the technical engagement, addressing technical questions, providing consultative advice and managing key tasks such as Proof-of-Value and Cyber Workshops
• Demonstrate our full portfolio of solutions that help keep organizations safe from threats and protect their operations and information
• Drive meetings with potential and existing customers to identify their problems and provide appropriate solutions
• Support the responses to RFI's & RFP's with the relevant bid teams
• Engage and support the enablement of key partners and customers on the latest Cyber Security Technologies.
• Active participation in cyber security events
• Keep timely update of activity reports and ensure timely communication with SE manager.

Qualifications

We are looking for people who:

• Have a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent Industry experience
• Have a minimum of 3 years of relevantengineering and pre-sales experience
• Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Have good understanding of typical customer architecture and cyber needs
• Are exposed to network, cloudand End Point security is advantageous
• Have a bring a customer first mindset and experience in working with large to medium enterprise organizations
• Have the ability to create an end-to-end security solution for a customer’s environment
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills
• As part of a distributed team of people, a strong sense of teamwork is required.
• Relevant certifications highly preferred, e.g. CCNP / CISSP/ CCSA / CCSE
