Job summary

You will collaborate with internal teams, prepare quotes, and manage key accounts to secure repeat orders.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 education (preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field)
• Minimum 2–3 years of work experience as a Sales Engineer or Account Manager in the automotive manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes, technical components, and automotive quality standards (such as IATF 16949 / ISO)
• Extensive network of relationships in the factory/automotive manufacturing environment
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proactive, target-driven, and strong problem-solving abilities
• Personal vehicle and active driving license (flexible for mobilization/factory visits)
• English language proficiency (passive/active) is an added value
