Bluebirdgroup is seeking a Sales Counter Staff for Bali airports and hotels to drive product sales and deliver reliable service at the point of sale. You will coordinate passenger details and schedules to support efficient operations and revenue growth.

The role requires 0–1 year in a similar role, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to local site characteristics. This on-site position offers growth opportunities within our operations team.

Formación

• High school graduate or equivalent (SMA/SMK).
• 0–1 year in a similar role or related field (including internships).
• Understanding of dispatcher responsibilities or related operations.
• Ability to quickly understand the work environment and site traits.
• Experience implementing growth plans to drive positive changes at the worksite.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to ensure smooth operations.

Responsabilidades

• Drive product sales and increase revenue using location-specific strategies.
• Ensure vehicle availability aligns with operational needs at the site.
• Manage and coordinate carpool routes, including pick-up and drop-off.
• Communicate effectively with drivers regarding schedules, routes, and passenger info.
• Coordinate with drivers, emergency services, and security teams as required.
• Maintain effective communication with local stakeholders including site management.
• Prepare accurate records of schedules, routes, and passenger details.
• Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
