Bluebirdgroup seeks a Dispatcher Staff to support Jakarta operations. You will coordinate routes, manage vehicle availability, and liaise with drivers to ensure timely pickups and safe transport across hotels, airports, and malls.

The role requires a high school graduate with 0-1 year of related experience and strong communication skills. Adaptability to busy Jakarta sites and collaboration with site management are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK graduate or equivalent.
• 0-1 year of experience in a similar role or related field.
• Understanding of dispatcher responsibilities or related operational roles.
• Ability to quickly and accurately understand the work environment and location characteristics.
• Experience implementing growth plans to drive positive changes and foster collaboration at the worksite.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to ensure smooth operations.
• Willing to be assigned to Jakarta area (Hotel/Airport/Mall).

Responsabilités

• Drive product sales and increase revenue using strategies tailored to the characteristics of each location.
• Ensure vehicle availability aligns with operational needs at the assigned site.
• Manage and coordinate carpool routes, including pick-up and drop-off, to maintain operational efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with drivers regarding schedules, route changes, and passenger information.
• Coordinate with drivers, emergency services, and security teams as required to support operations.
• Maintain effective communication with local stakeholders, including site management, to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare accurate records of schedules, routes, and passenger details as operational references.
• Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
