Job summary

Sociolla in Indonesia seeks an experienced GT Area Sales Manager to drive national distribution in Health & Beauty and Baby & Toys segments. You will develop coverage strategies, boost availability, visibility, promotions, and activation across channels.

You will lead and coach field sales teams, monitor sell-in/sell-out, and collaborate with Trade Marketing and Distributor teams to reach sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with GPA requirement stated.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a GT Area Sales Manager.
• Experience in Beauty, Personal Care, Pharmacy, Baby, or Toys industry.
• Strong analytical and data processing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage National GT Distribution to achieve sales target in Health & Beauty Category/ Baby & Toys Category
• Develop strategy plan of Availability, Visibility, Promotion and Activation
• Lead & coach field sales team : Sales Promotion Supervisor, Beauty Advisor, Merchandiser, Promotor, and salesman
• Monitoring and evaluating SISO ( Sell In Sell Out ) to store & subdistributor
• Work closely with Trade Marketing Team & Distributor Team
