Responsibilities

• Build Successful Relationships that Generate Sales Opportunities: Works with off-property sales channels to coordinate efforts and grow customer base.
• Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to enable future bookings.
• Participate in sales calls with team to acquire new business or close on opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, write contracts, and handle customer correspondence to support booked business.
• Identify market trends and target customers to maximize revenue for the location.
