Overlooking the scenic South China Sea, an hour away by ferry from Singapore, Mövenpick Resort & Spa Bintan Lagoon will introduce Swiss-inspired hospitality to Bintan in celebration of Mövenpick's rich culinary legacy. • Handle incoming calls professionally, following hotel telephone etiquette and directing enquiries to the appropriate department.
• Manage daily email correspondence, responding to enquiries promptly and professionally and ensuring proper follow-up.
• Input and maintain group bookings and ensure all booking activities are updated accurately and promptly.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records and filing in line with hotel procedures.
• Coordinate and arrange site inspections for prospective clients.
• Support the Sales team with quotations, proposals, contracts and other sales-related documentation.
• Respond to client enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Escalate incidents, irregularities and service concerns to the appropriate management team.
