Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls professionally following hotel etiquette.
• Manage daily email correspondence and ensure timely follow-up.
• Input and maintain group bookings with accurate updates.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain records per hotel procedures.
• Coordinate and arrange site inspections for prospective clients.
• Support Sales team with quotations, proposals and contracts.
• Respond to client inquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
