Mövenpick Resort & Spa Bintan Lagoon invites a skilled Banquet Manager to lead weddings, corporate meetings, conferences and social events, ensuring flawless planning and execution.

You will analyze market trends and guest preferences to identify innovative opportunities, coordinate details with clients, sales teams, chefs and service staff, and supervise banquet teams to uphold Accor-brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee banquet events including weddings, corporate meetings, conferences, and social functions
• Analyze market trends, guest preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
• Ensure seamless daily operations across banquet setup, service execution, and breakdown for all events
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service in line with Accor brand standards.
• Regularly review guest feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct interactions to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate event details with clients, sales teams, chefs, and service staff
• Supervise, train, and schedule banquet staff to ensure proper coverage and service quality
