Qualifications

• Fresh graduate in any major.
• No prior sales experience required; however, candidates with sales experience—especially in B2C, electronics, SMT or semiconductor industries—will be preferred.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Must be based in Semarang (mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable communicating with clients regularly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers via calls or online communication.
• Identify and approach potential clients to explore new collaboration opportunities or business deals.
• Actively source and qualify potential clients in relevant industries.
• Arrange and conduct client visits when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and follow-up on client needs.
