Job summary

PT PCBA Semikonduktor Indonesia is seeking a motivated fresh graduate for a client-facing sales role based in Subang. The position focuses on building relationships, following up with customers, and identifying new business opportunities across relevant industries.

Ideal candidates will be fluent in English, proactive, and comfortable communicating with clients regularly. Prior sales experience is a plus but not required, and a strong emphasis is placed on communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate in any major.
• No prior sales experience required; however, candidates with sales experience— especially in B2C, electronics, SMT or semiconductor industries—will be preferred.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Must be based in Subang (mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable communicating with clients regularly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers via calls or online communication.
• Identify and approach potential clients to explore new collaboration opportunities or business deals.
• Actively source and qualify potential clients in relevant industries.
• Arrange and conduct client visits when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and follow-up on client needs.
