• Experience as a Sales Assistant, Sales Admin or similar position is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers regarding products, specifications, quotations, orders and other requirements.
• Follow up with customers and assist with daily sales activities.
• Prepare quotations, product information, sales documents and other related documents.
• Handle data entry and maintain sales and customer records.
• Assist with general administrative and documentation work.
• Coordinate internally with management regarding customer and product requirements.
