Job summary

Praktis is seeking a graphic/product designer to support end-to-end design across marketing and product campaigns in Indonesia. You will stay current with design trends, create visuals, and collaborate with marketing, branding, and product teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of a Bachelors in design, experience with Figma and Notion, and the ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic startup environment.

Qualifications

• Strong visual and layout sense with attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt, collaborate, and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and best practices.
• Create visually appealing marketing assets aligned with brand standards.
• Conduct surveys to collect feedback and improve products.
• Create visual storyboards, mood boards, and design sketches for stakeholders.
• Keep knowledge of design trends and technologies current.
• Collaborate with marketing, branding, and product teams, and with external partners.
• Execute editorial and product campaigns across OHB brands with external partners.

What You Will Do:

• Staying updated on industry trends, design techniques, and best practices to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of design outputs.
• Creating visually appealing and cohesive marketing assets, including social media graphics, email templates, digital advertisements, and printed materials, in line with brand standards.
• Conduct regular surveys to collect accurate feedback from customers to improve the product to a standard.
• Creating visual storyboards, mood boards, and concept sketches to communicate proposed narratives and design directions to stakeholders.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of design trends, techniques, and technologies to continually refine and enhance the quality of product and visual narratives.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, branding, and product management) & external teams (vendors, printers, and suppliers).
• Execute editorial and launch product campaigns across all OHB brands, working with external stakeholders (photographers, printers, etc)

What You Will Need:

Minimal S1 in DKV/ related.

IPK min. 3.5 from 4.0

Minimum of 1 years in the field of Graphic Design, Product Design.

• Have experience using Figma and Notion.
• Have ability to adapt, be collaborative, honest, dedicated, agile, fast learning
