Praktis is seeking a proactive product development specialist to drive beauty product concepts from idea to launch in Bali, Indonesia. You will manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards while collaborating with R&D, marketing, and packaging teams to deliver compelling formulas and claims.

Ideal candidates hold a related degree and have at least 1 year of experience in beauty product development, with strong market research and teamwork skills, able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends and competitive products.
• Develop a new concept of market trends.
• Innovate new products in terms of formula, claim, packaging, etc. which will be involved in the product.
• Evaluate competitor products and designs for comparison.
• Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timelines for NPD launch, budgets, and quality standards at Praktis.
• Ensure that the final product meets the company's requirements.
