Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the local sales team to meet monthly targets and KPIs.
• Manage relationships with key accounts and retailers, and negotiate terms.
• Develop and implement territory plans and new channel strategies.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Oversee distribution, inventory, and logistics to ensure product availability.
• Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.
