Job summary

PT Panen Lestari Indonesia is seeking an operations professional to lead day-to-day activities across marketplace channels and drive growth through effective execution of promotions.

You will manage listings, pricing, inventory, and campaigns; monitor sales and traffic metrics; and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain operational excellence across the retailer's multi-brand platform.

Responsible for managing day-to-day operations and growth initiatives across marketplace channels, ensuring strong sales performance, operational excellence, and execution of promotional activities.
