Job summary

PT Panen Lestari Indonesia (PLI) is seeking a facilities maintenance worker in Balikpapan to inspect and ensure all building systems operate properly. You will monitor HVAC, lighting, elevators, electrical meters and other utilities to keep operations smooth.

The role requires routine maintenance and repairs, replacement of damaged lighting, and minor building repairs. You will also prepare utility reports for electricity, water, and communications, with shifts including weekends and public

• Minimum SMA/SMK education in a related field.

• Monitor air conditioning, lighting, elevators, electrical meters, and other utility systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building facilities and equipment.
• Replace damaged lighting and maintain the cleanliness of cooling systems, grease traps, and drainage facilities.
• Carry out minor building repairs, including painting walls and repairing floors or tiles.
• Prepare utility reports, including electricity, water chiller, and telephone usage.
