Job summary

PT LOGISTEED Indonesia is seeking a Sales & Marketing professional in Surabaya to drive growth within the logistics and 3PL sector. You will lead prospecting, manage pipelines, and collaborate with operations and finance to execute strategic initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years in sales/marketing, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong English communication skills. This role is based in Surabaya with a focus on target achievement and team coaching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) with related major.
• 2–4 years of sales/marketing experience.
• Experience in logistics, 3PL, or supply chain industry.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong prospecting skills (market research, cold calling, networking) and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Analyze sales performance (target vs actual) and deliver concise reports.
• Translate market trends and competitor insights into actionable recommendations.
• CRM data accuracy, pipeline visibility, and timely follow-ups to drive retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
• Support sales planning, target setting, and alignment with business objectives.
• Supervise, motivate, and coach sales team to improve productivity and achieve targets.
