Job summary

Rexline Engineering Indonesia is seeking an experienced Inventory/Warehouse professional to manage factory and warehouse stock in Lamongan and coordinate nationwide project shipments. You will ensure accurate stock levels, timely dispatch, and proper documentation for EPCM projects.

The role requires 5+ years in inventory/warehouse management, strong ERP skills (SAP/Oracle/Odoo), and fluent English for supplier and project coordination. This is a full-time, on-site position in East Java.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in inventory/warehouse management in manufacturing or EPCM/construction context.
• Fluent in English for supplier and project coordination.
• Proficient in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage all inventory for factory and warehouse in Lamongan and coordinate national project shipments.
• Perform stock opname daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Ensure proper documentation, packing lists, DOs, and shipping documents for dispatch.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, QA/QC, and project teams to meet material requirements and schedules.

WORK SCHEDULE

• Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 16:00 WIB. Flexible timing based on workload and shipment schedule
• Saturday: 08:00 - 13:00 WIB. Flexible timing based on work
• Must be available for urgent loading/unloading outside office hours when required

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for managing all material inventory for factory production in Lamongan and project shipments to sites all over Indonesia. Ensure accurate stock control, timely dispatch, and proper documentation to support EPCM project execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. 1. Inventory Management - Factory & Warehouse Lamongan
   1. Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials, equipment, and spare parts for production use.
   2. Issue materials to production department based on approved Material Request and maintain proper records.
   3. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock opname. Ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
   4. Monitor minimum stock levels and coordinate with Procurement for replenishment.
   5. Maintain proper storage, labeling, and warehouse housekeeping as per 5S standards.
2. 2. Project Material Dispatch - Nationwide
   1. Prepare and coordinate outgoing materials/equipment to EPCM project sites across Indonesia.
   2. Ensure packing list, delivery order, and shipping documents are complete before dispatch.
   3. Coordinate with logistics, shipping agent, and transporter for pickup, loading, and delivery schedule from Lamongan.
   4. Track shipments and update project teams on ETA and delivery status.
   5. Handle returnable materials and ensure proper Goods Received Note from project sites.
3. 3. Documentation & ERP
   1. Handle all inventory transactions in ERP software - GRN, Goods Issue, Stock Transfer, Returns, Adjustments.
   2. Prepare inventory reports: Stock movement, aging, slow moving, and monthly summary for management.
   3. Maintain filing of PO, DO, Invoice, Packing List, and supporting documents.
4. 4. Logistics & Operations Coordination
   1. Plan and follow up daily loading and unloading schedule with warehouse team and transporters in Lamongan.
   2. Coordinate with Production, Procurement, QA/QC, and Project team for material requirements.
   3. Ensure compliance with company HSE and warehouse safety procedures during handling.

REQUIREMENTS

1. 1. Education: Diploma/Bachelor in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
2. 2. Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in Inventory/Warehouse Management in manufacturing or EPCM/construction company.
3. 3. Language: Must be fluent in English - speaking, reading, and writing for supplier and project coordination.
4. 4. Technical Skills:
   1. Proficient in ERP software - SAP, Oracle, Zahir, Odoo, or similar.
   2. Advanced in MS Excel for reporting.
5. 5. Other Skills:
   1. Strong knowledge of inventory control methods, FIFO, and stock accuracy.
   2. Understanding of logistics and domestic shipment documentation in Indonesia.
   3. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight project deadlines.
   4. Can manage warehouse helpers and loading team.
