PT FNF Trans Niaga is seeking a Senior Sales professional to drive sales of heavy equipment, cranes, and batching plants in Indonesia. The role demands a reliable, agile expert with a proven track record and strong negotiation skills to secure high-value deals with international manufacturers.

You will manage client relationships, negotiate terms, and contribute to team targets while representing European and Asian equipment suppliers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years professional experience as Senior Sales, particularly in heavy equipment and/or batching plants.
• Skilled in negotiation and communication in Indonesian language.
• Mandarin or English language ability preferred
• Friendly personality with high self-motivation
• Resilience and diligence
• Confident and strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Firm, honest, authoritative and integrity
