The role requires enthusiasm for fashion and luxury goods, proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and willingness to work on weekends and public holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in luxury retail, fashion, or premium goods industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong passion for fashion, luxury goods, and customer engagement.
• Solid product knowledge and the ability to educate customers on features and benefits.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

What We’re Looking For
