Job summary

Catalyst in Makassar is looking for a Watch Specialist who can combine passion for watches with strong customer service. You will master brand knowledge and share it with customers, delivering service excellence according to brand guidelines and promoting our marketing promos.

You will establish contact and build relationships with regular and new customers, maintain customer information, and contribute to monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Have at least 1 years of experience as retail sales.
• Have hospitality heart and attitudes.
• Have strong business related knowledge and professional communication skill.
• Have the passion for sales with strong determination and self-motivated in achieving the goals.
• Acquire good team work skill and able to perform job independently, as well as the capability to thrive in todays competitive market.
• Willing to work on holidays and full shift.
