Job summary

PT Softex Indonesia is seeking a Compliance/Distribution Support professional in Denpasar, Bali to monitor distribution agreements, KPIs, and distributor approvals, ensuring alignment with Head Office directives.

You will forward correspondence from Head Office, coordinate with RBM/HoZ teams, review documents, and prepare data for audits. A 12-month contract and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from any relevant major.
• Willing to work temporarily for a 12-month contract period.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Ms. Excel.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
• Discipline, responsible, and pay attention to details.
• Have good communication skills.
• Willing to be located at Denpasar, Bali.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Distribution Agreement and check distributor approval.
• Monitor KPI distribution and check distributor approval.
• Forward correspondence from Head Office to Distributors.
• Monitor VMI and communicate to RBM & HoZ (Stock, Orders, Delivery).
• Check Distributor Claims (document completeness, SKP contents, claim amount, RBM & HoZ approval).
• Check document completeness for SPP/Marfin (Receipt, tax invoice) before RBM approval.
• Coordinate with RBM/HoZ team and ensure effective communication for KS Softex and the Distributor.
• Prepare data to Audit Internal & External.
• Ad-hoc tasks according to the job list above.
