Job summary

PT Reswara Minergi Hartama (Reswara Group) seeks a seasoned SHE/IMS professional to lead the Integrated Management System compliance, audits, and risk management within the mining sector. The role ensures adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies, delivering timely reports and maintaining certification standards.

Applicants should have relevant degrees, AK3U, and ISO audit qualifications, with strong knowledge of mining safety and IMS processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in OHS, Mining Eng, Env Eng, or related field; 3+ years in SHE, MS, Compliance or Mining Safety in mining industry.
• General OHS Expert (AK3U) certification.
• Certified SMKP Auditor and Internal/Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001.
• Strong knowledge of mining regulations, OHS, env management, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in IMS, compliance monitoring, document control, internal audits, and CAPA management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure compliance with company standards, regulations, and certification requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate SHE compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Coordinate certification, surveillance, recertification, and audit activities, including corrective and preventive action follow-up.
• Prepare and submit SHE, compliance, operational, and KPI reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Develop, review, and control SHE policies, procedures, standards, and related documentation.
• Coordinate risk management processes related to SHE, including risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and reporting.
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of the Mining Safety Management System (SMKP) and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Support the achievement of departmental and company objectives through effective SHE System & Compliance programs and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Mining Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in SHE, Management Systems, Compliance, or Mining Safety within the mining industry; or Diploma Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Valid General OHS Expert (AK3U) certification.
• Certified SMKP Auditor and Internal/Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Strong knowledge of mining regulations, mining safety, OHS, environmental management, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in Integrated Management Systems (IMS), compliance monitoring, document control, internal audits, and corrective action management.
• Familiar with risk assessment and risk management principles, preferably based on ISO 31000.
