Kalbe Consumer Health is seeking an Area Sales Manager – RTD to drive sales performance across Indonesia. You will oversee distribution, demand creation, direct selling, NBC activities, and lead the area team.

You will build strong relationships with distributors and wholesalers, monitor forecasts and NBC performance, and ensure activities align with company policies and regulations while achieving targets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree (S1) from any relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years of experience in team management.
• Experience handling Ready-to-Drink (RTD) products.
• Strong understanding of the territories and areas previously handled.
• Possess a valid SIM A.
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Willing to be placed across Indonesia.

Responsabilidades

• Drive product distribution and demand creation through events and other market activities.
• Oversee direct selling and New Business Channel (NBC) activations across wholesalers and special channels.
• Monitor sales forecasts, operational expenses, and NBC performance within the assigned area.
• Lead and ensure the availability of competent direct and ad hoc area team members to support business needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and relevant institutions.
• Ensure sales activities are aligned with business objectives, company policies, and applicable regulations.
