Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in medical sales.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing a team.
• Experience in nutrition/pharmaceuticals industry with HCP engagement.
• Strong communications skills in Bahasa and business-level English.
• Ability to develop district sales plans and monitor performance.
• Able to build talent pipelines for Abbott recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing field sales team.
• Drive omnichannel customer engagement strategies.
• Identify growth opportunities across the territory and achieve KPIs.
• Develop account plans and deploy education and programs via Medical Reps.
• Provide coaching and feedback to Medical Reps in real time.
• Expand network of KOLs and collaborate across marketing and analytics.
• Ensure ethical behavior and compliance in all activities.
