Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or IT or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years leading multidisciplinary digitalization projects.
• Hands-on development in software or services.
• Proficiency in .NET Framework and SQL Server.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Python, Laravel; mobile and web apps.
• Experience with Agile development and DevOps/CI-CD.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing improvement projects beyond digitalization initiatives.
• Act as digitalization ambassador and manage related projects.
• Serve as cybersecurity ambassador and governance in operation.
• Drive AI implementation across operations and office.
• Collaborate with HQ to implement global KPIs and top-down projects.
• Develop digital solutions through full lifecycle: testing, managing, enhancing, and optimizing software.
• Spearhead RPA, SAP scripting and Python automation initiatives.
• Manage IT/OT data around manufacturing processes and network infrastructure with IT.
• Collaborate closely with the IT department.
