Job summary

3111 UOB Indonesia is launching a Management Associate program designed for high-potential graduates. The program provides rotations across key divisions, exposure to stakeholders, and deliberate development to build leadership and analytical skills.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree, have 1–2 years of work experience, strong communication, English proficiency, and a track record of leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s (S1) or Master’s (S2) degree from a university (domestic or overseas).
• GPA thresholds: S1 > 3.30/4.00; S2 > 3.50/4.00.
• Have 1–2 years of work experience (excluding internships).
• Track record of leadership activities and extracurricular involvement.

Responsibilities

• Have a good understanding of UOB at Group Level and its regional offices.
• Demonstrate understanding of the home division’s stakeholders and the inter-relatedness of the functions by applying skills learnt during the rotations.
• Demonstrate competence in working with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
• Demonstrate high learning agility during the programme.
