Job summary

UOB Indonesia is seeking high-potential graduates for a rotation-based program designed to expose you to Group Level operations and regional offices. You will work with stakeholders across divisions and develop competence through diverse rotations, demonstrating adaptability and quick learning.

Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's degree with GPA thresholds, 1–2 years of work experience, leadership activities, excellent communication, strong English, and analytical/problem-solving

Qualifications

Bachelor's (S1) or Master's (S2) degree from a university, domestic or overseas
For S1: GPA > 3.30 on a 4.00 scale
For S2: GPA > 3.50 on a 4.00 scale
Have 1-2 years of work experience (excluding internships)
Have a track record of leadership activities and extracurricular involvement
Possess excellent communication skills
Have good English proficiency
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Pass the selection process

Responsibilities

Have a good understanding of UOB at Group Level and its regional offices.
Demonstrate understanding of the home division's stakeholders and the inter-relatedness of the functions by applying skills learnt during the rotations.
Demonstrate competence in working with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Demonstrate high learning agility during the programme.
