Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum S-1 from Engineering Discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of Pipeline and Gas areas experience.
• Proficiency in Instrumentation & Control, industry codes & standards, calibration, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high reliability and availability of rotating equipment (compressors, pumps, turbines, motors).
• Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies based on safety and reliability data.
• Implement and analyze condition monitoring (vibration, thermography, oil analysis).
• Lead investigations for equipment failures and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Support asset lifecycle optimization and long-term reliability strategies.
• Ensure all rotating equipment operations comply with HSSE standards and risk controls.
• Drive reliability improvement initiatives and best practices implementation.
• Provide technical expertise and collaborate with operations, maintenance, and projects.
• Support implementation of corporate risk management and corporate HSSE program.

Job description

To ensure the safe, reliable, effective and efficient operation of all rotating equipment within the gas transmission system by implementing reliability and relevant strategies, conducting performance analysis, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

As the owner and operator of natural gas pipelines in Indonesia with a total pipeline network of more than 1,000 km, TGI runs a business with a focus on natural gas transportation for the domestic market, namely Sumatra and Batam, as well as for international markets, such as Singapore.
