Job summary

Dgas in Indonesia seeks a Lead Technician to head our plant and fleet maintenance teams. You will monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to keep operations safe and efficient.

Based in Majalengka with a temporary placement in Cikarang, you will collaborate with other departments to integrate maintenance with supply chain systems and produce detailed reports, schedules, and process diagrams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 5 years experience as Lead Technician or similar role.
• Proficiency in gas conditioning and processing plants.
• Knowledge of RBI and RCM methodologies.
• Strong maintenance management skills with preventive and predictive programs.

• Conduct technical analyses of equipment breakdowns to identify root causes and implement permanent repair solutions.
• Supervise the maintenance and overhaul of all equipment.

Requirement :

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimal experience 5 years as Lead Technician or in same positions.
• Proficiency in the operations of gas conditioning and processing plants.
• In-depth knowledge of Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodologies.
• Strong command of maintenance management, including the implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Technical expertise in rotating and static equipment within CO2 Capture Units or CNG Processing Plants.
• Willing to be based in Majalengka, with a temporary initial placement in Cikarang.
