Job summary

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of experience in Housekeeping or a similar position within the hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of guest room cleaning procedures, bed-making techniques, and hotel cleanliness and sanitation standards is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and room presentation.
• Positive work attitude, honesty, discipline, responsibility, and a strong commitment to guest service.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English communication skills are an advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of performing housekeeping duties, including standing, walking, bending, and handling supplies as required by the role.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
