Job summary

Michelin Indonesia is seeking a Road & Mechanical Engineer to drive maintenance planning and safety compliance for road infrastructure and equipment. The role focuses on ensuring reliability through preventive maintenance and cost control on site in TebO, Jambi region.

The candidate should hold a Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant experience and be ready to operate on site with strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering is required.
• 2+ years of proven experience in related role.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Mechanical Engineering concepts, and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Implement HIRA/IBPR and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations across all road engineering and maintenance activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise repair and maintenance of roads, bridges, NF, MPP, culverts, and other infrastructure to ensure operational reliability.
• Ensure spare parts availability and execute preventive and predictive maintenance for heavy equipment, vehicles, generators, electrical installations, air conditioning systems, pumps, and other engine units.
• Control maintenance costs against budgets and develop employee competencies through coaching and supervision at least one level below.
