Job summary

Michelin Indonesia is seeking a Road & Mechanical Engineer to drive maintenance planning and road infrastructure reliability within our Asia Pacific team. You will implement HIRA/IBPR, supervise repairs of roads, bridges, NF, MPP, culverts, and ensure spare parts availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• At least 2 years proven experience in the related position.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, planning, and analytical thinking skills.
• Willing to be placed on Site Tebo, Jambi.

Responsibilities

• Implement HIRA/IBPR and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations across road engineering and maintenance.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise repair and maintenance of roads, bridges, NF, MPP, culverts and other infrastructure.
• Ensure spare parts availability and execute preventive and predictive maintenance for heavy equipment and installations.
• Control maintenance costs against budgets while coaching and supervising staff.

OUR TEAM:

In the Road & Mechanical Department, we aim to drive operational excellence by ensure safe and efficient road infrastructure and equipment operations through risk management, maintenance planning, spare parts availability, cost control, and employee development.

MISSION:

• Implement HIRA/IBPR and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations across all road engineering and maintenance activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the repair and maintenance of roads, bridges, NF, MPP, culverts, and other infrastructure to ensure operational reliability.
• Ensure spare parts availability and execute preventive and predictive maintenance for heavy equipment, vehicles, generators, electrical installations, air conditioning systems, pumps, and other engine units.
• Control maintenance costs against budgets and operational requirements while developing employee competencies through structured coaching and supervision of at least one organizational level below.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Required:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering
• Min 2 years proven experience in the related position
• Competency Technical : Microsoft Office, Mechanical & Engineering, Autocad
• Non-Technical Competency: Leadership, Organizing, Planning, Communications, Budgeting, Analytical Thinking, Detail oriented, and target oriented
• Willing to be placed on Site Tebo, Jambi.
