Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or other relevant fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction in a similar role.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, cost estimation (RAB), project inspection, and planning.

Responsibilities

• Engineering Design & Cost Planning: Prepare technical drawings, develop BOQ, and establish budgets.
• Project Management & Construction Supervision: Manage infrastructure, housing, and office projects from planning to completion.
• Infrastructure & Asset Maintenance: Develop annual plans for infrastructure utilization and maintenance.
• Safety, Quality & Compliance: Ensure construction activities meet engineering standards and SHE procedures.
