Job summary

Michelin Asia Pacific is seeking a Road & Mechanical Engineer in Bekasi, Indonesia, to advance road infrastructure and heavy equipment maintenance. You will implement HIRA/IBPR, oversee repair and maintenance of roads and bridges, and ensure parts availability for reliable operations.

Ideal candidates hold a diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering with at least two years of relevant experience, and possess leadership, planning, and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• Min 2 years of relevant experience.
• Technical: Microsoft Office, Mechanical & Engineering, AutoCAD.
• Non-Technical: Leadership, Organizing, Planning, Communications, Budgeting, Analytical Thinking, Detail oriented, and target oriented.
• Willing to be placed on Site Tebo, Jambi.

Responsibilities

• Implement HIRA/IBPR and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations across all road engineering and maintenance activities.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the repair and maintenance of roads, bridges, NF, MPP, culverts, and other infrastructure to ensure operational reliability.
• Ensure spare parts availability and execute preventive and predictive maintenance for heavy equipment, vehicles, generators, electrical installations, air conditioning systems, pumps, and other engine units.
• Control maintenance costs against budgets and operational requirements while developing employee competencies through structured coaching and supervision of at least one organizational level below.
